Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance Intuit’s goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the correct answer in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand.
• Excellent customer service skills with experience interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

The expected base pay range for this position varies by region:

• Bay Area California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50

This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit’s applicable plans and programs.
