We’re seeking a talented, proactive and driven Management Accountant to join a fast-growing, international business headquartered in Northampton. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting - supporting decision-making at the highest level.

• Producing month-end accounts across multiple UK sites
• Analysing departmental performance against budgets and previous years
• Preparing VAT returns and ensuring compliance with tax authorities across various regions
• Supporting the annual budget process and statutory audits
• Delivering clear, actionable cash flow reporting and analysis
• Enhancing finance processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
• Taking ownership of reconciliations, intercompany reporting, and compliance requirements

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified Accountant
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to produce month-end financial reports
• High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational ability
