Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $/yr
Overview A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its corporate headquarters in New Brunswick. This isn’t just a reporting role—it’s a chance to help shape the financial strategy behind complex manufacturing operations.
Location:
Hybrid, 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office at Corporate HQ | New Brunswick, Canada
Compensation:
Up to $100K, based on experience

You'll work directly with plant leadership and corporate teams to deliver insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger performance, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do Design and automate financial models and analytical tools that provide real-time insight into operational performance
Lead monthly forecasting, multi-year planning, and annual budgeting processes
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to turn financial data into strategic action
Drive process improvements that enhance the speed, accuracy, and impact of financial reporting
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
4+ years of experience in finance, including at least 2+ years in a manufacturing environment
Deep knowledge of manufacturing finance or cost accounting
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data manipulation
Familiarity with tools like Power BI, TM1, Tableau, Alteryx, or Cognos
A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings
