In this role, you will originate, evaluate, analyze, and conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities in the digital and communications infrastructure sector. You will support investment thesis development as well as manage and drive transaction processes from end-to-end, directing both internal and external resources, while also supporting the development of junior team members. Additionally, you’ll oversee existing portfolio company performance, formulate and execute business plans, manage key company initiatives in collaboration with management, and actively participate in board meetings to inform strategic discussions and help drive long-term value creation.

Salary range for this position: $165,000 - $185,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. • 2-4 years of experience in private equity or M&A/advisory.
• Demonstrated familiarity with infrastructure investing and the broader technology and communications landscape.
• Broad transaction experience
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities.
