Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant based in St. Petersburg, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility during non-peak season. The Accountant will manage and maintain financial records, prepare accurate financial reports, ensure tax compliance, and handle account reconciliations. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, and supporting financial strategy development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes is an integral part of this role.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
• Experience with tax compliance, preparation, and advising
• Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or 5+ years experience
• Prior experience in a similar accounting or financial role is highly valued
• Quickbooks Online experience is a MUST.
• Ability to learn new technology and navigate new systems is critical
