The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. You'll be competitively compensated with a human-centered approach to client, colleague, and community impact. The hiring minimum and maximum ranges are a subset of the total pay range and include merit-based increases as you progress in the BOA role. Note the Hiring Minimum and Hiring Maximum below.

Role Requirements
- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, and marketing support. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.
