• Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid NMLS License in Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah-DRE, Washington and Wisconsin.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.

• Originate loans through cultivating and nurturing client relationships.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes.
