• Prepare and coordinate analyses for insurance rating and individual account pricing
• Conduct actuarially sound statistical analysis and document assumptions and methods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing actuarial support
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure quality work and drive innovation
• Provide analytical support to other functions on an ad hoc basis

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area and 5 years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis
• Or Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area and 3 years of experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages, such as SQL, R, Python, or Radar
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Actuarial analysis experience in Commercial Auto lines insurance
• Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven oral and written communication skills, including the ability to give formal presentations
• In-depth actuarial industry knowledge and understanding of the insurance marketplace
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
