This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Banker, based in Huntsville, AL, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Mortgage Banker will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing advice on mortgage options, originating and processing mortgage applications, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the home buying or refinancing process. Responsibilities will also include evaluating borrower financial information, staying informed of market trends, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company guidelines.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Mortgage Lending, Mortgages, and Residential Mortgages
• Understanding of financial principles and practices related to Loans and Finance
• Ability to evaluate borrower qualifications, assess financial documents, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
• Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with mortgage lending software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., NMLS license) as required
