* Summary:

** The Wealth Planner will be responsible for delivering planning to clients with a net worth of $1-10M. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning services, conducting in-depth discovery conversations, and partnering with both clients and wealth advisors to design and implement comprehensive wealth strategies.
** Duties And Responsibilities
*** Lead financial planning engagements for clients with a net worth of $1-10M.
* Conduct thorough discovery conversations to identify client goals, values, and financial objectives.
* Develop, present, and review customized financial plans, incorporating retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management strategies.
* Collaborate closely with internal wealth advisors to support client relationship management and plan implementation.
* Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to wealth advisors on financial planning best practices and effective discovery techniques.
* Ensure all financial plans meet compliance and regulatory requirements and reflect the firm’s planning philosophy.
* Stay informed of industry trends, tax laws, and planning strategies to provide clients with cutting-edge advice.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Basic Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree
* CFP designation preferred.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong coaching and presentation abilities.
