Description
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing mid-sized, privately held Wealth Management Company. The firm is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to support senior advisors in delivering comprehensive, high-touch financial planning and investment management services to our clients. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about financial planning, enjoys working directly with clients, and is eager to grow within a collaborative wealth management firm.

and Responsibilities
We currently have an opening for an Associate Wealth Advisor located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role will be a remote position reporting to the Director of Associate Advisors.
The Associate Wealth Advisor will play a key role in client preparation, meeting execution, financial planning analysis, and ongoing relationship management, while gaining exposure to complex planning strategies across investments, tax, estate, and retirement income.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Senior Advisors to support the management of client relationshipsAssist in the development and delivery of comprehensive financial planning, including retirement income, tax planning, estate planning, and wealth transfer strategiesPrepare for client and prospective client meetings by gathering data, running analyses, and developing planning and investment portfolio recommendationsParticipate in client and prospective client meetings, helping explain strategies, answer questions, and ensure follow-throughExecute full meeting cycles, including detailed post-meeting follow-ups, action item tracking, and ongoing client communicationSupport cash flow analysis and long-term financial projections using firm planning toolsCollaborate with internal team members to ensure accurate account setup, onboarding, and ongoing account maintenanceStay current on market trends, planning strategies, and firm investment philosophy to contribute meaningfully to client discussionsThe successful candidate will possess the following:
Minimum of 3 years financial services experience.
Bachelor’s degree required; finance, business, or related field preferredCFP? designation strongly preferred or in progressStrong interest in financial planning, investments, and wealth managementExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and professionallyHighly, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesExperience with CRM systems and financial planning software preferredCollaborative mindset a desire to learn, grow, and on increasing responsibility#J-18808-Ljbffr
