Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year. 2 days working from home. Full benefits and yearly bonus.

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to leverage their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for a broad range of accounting activities, including monthly close processes, financial reporting, and system improvements. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Sage Intacct, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

This position requires 5+ years of relevant experience in the Accounting and Finance industry.

• Perform monthly close procedures, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
• Manage financial data in Sage Intacct and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting procedures and improve financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct regular ledger maintenance and account reconciliation.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary information and answering auditors' inquiries.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance across all financial functions.
• Provide support in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for accounting and financial inquiries, providing clear and concise information to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a plus.
• Experience in the food, restaurant, or hospitality industry is a plus.
