Equitable Advisors is seeking to onboard a Retirement Benefits Group (RBG) Financial Professional. Primary focus: providing financial products and services, and education to those who build and serve our communities, such as teachers, school administrators, and municipality employees.

- Authorized to work in the United States
- A four-year college degree is preferred but not required. We will help you obtain required state licenses and sit for the SIE prior to onboarding
- We sponsor FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, which must be passed prior to onboarding
- Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter with integrity, a strong work ethic and a desire to help others plan for and protect their financial futures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with a high degree of self-confidence
- Ability to draw upon past and present experiences to develop markets and sustain long-term relationships
We offer a competitive compensation package and recognize the contributions of our Financial Professionals through reward programs.
- Compensation — Entry level Financial Professionals start in the Preliminary Employment Program (PEP) after licenses and registrations. Potential sign-on payment ranges from $250 to $1,000. During PEP, you may earn 100 percent of the commissions generated by you during PEP in accordance with the Company’s commission schedules (varies by product). PEP lasts up to 120 days. After 90 days in PEP, you may be eligible for medical insurance through the company-sponsored Health Plan at your expense.
- Upon successful completion of PEP, you become a 20th Edition Financial Professional and may choose to be compensated via Base Salary of $24,000 per year plus reduced commission and performance bonus opportunities, or Full Commission plus bonus. Average first-year earnings for new Financial Professionals in 2021 were $62,000; top quartile were $135,000.
