- Opportunity to work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities, and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Must have or be willing to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Competitive compensation with a strong pay-for-performance approach. Base pay ranges vary by location:
- Bay Area, CA: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- Southern CA: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
- Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
- Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
- Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
- New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
- Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
- Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Position eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits under Intuit plans. Pay based on job knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular pay equity comparisons across ethnicity and gender.
