Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document all interactions.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns with commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, plus active PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills and confident using video/audio tools.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation and commitment to brand excellence.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, across three or more days.

Competitive base pay: $28.80–$36.50 per hour (or similar). Eligible for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits including 401(k) match, paid sick leave, E&O insurance, stock purchase plan, assistance program, product discounts, and free Turbo Tax Live.
