Overview

Intuit seeks Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. Candidates must hold an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney).

What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer using everyday language.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax knowledge and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills; confident using video and audio tools to interact with clients.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Compensation

Intuit provides a competitive pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay ranges by region:

• Bay Area, CA: $28.80 – $36.50
• Southern CA: $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50

Position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location.
