This is a full-time hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Production Partner, you will support the loan officers in managing the loan process, including gathering and reviewing documents, communicating with clients, and coordinating with relevant parties. You will ensure an exceptional client experience by providing timely updates, responding to inquiries, and maintaining smooth communication throughout the mortgage process.
Additionally, you will help improve operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Proficiency in administrative skills such as document management, scheduling, and process organization
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with clients and team members
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other loan process software is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the mortgage industry or financial services is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
