Interim Project Risk Manager

An initial fixed term contract that runs until the end of 2026.

It could even be extended or even made permanent.

Giving you the chance to take a break from the frustrations of job hunting for most of the year, whilst getting some excellent experience in the process.

You’ll also have the flexibility to work from home 4 days a week.

What you’ll be doing?

You’ll be working for a well-established, successful Financial Services business that’s been growing rapidly, both organically and acquisitively.

You’ll be providing proactive, independent risk expertise across strategic change initiatives including a major platform migration. You’ll help ensure transformation outcomes are delivered safely and sustainably.

You’ll embed robust risk practices into delivery life cycles, strengthen risk culture and enable informed decision-making through high quality assurance, challenge and insight.

What you’ll need

You’ll have accumulated considerable experience in Risk oversight and assurance of major transformation projects within a complex, regulated environment. Previous Financial Services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

You’ll have experience of assuring project / change delivery with an understanding of architecture, data migration, testing (functional / non-functional), cyber / privacy and third party risk.

Experience of ISO 27001 would be advantageous.
