Role Description

This full-time hybrid role as a Financial Advisor is based in the Charlotte Metro area, allowing a mix of office-based and remote work. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, designing personalized financial plans, and helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Daily tasks will involve analyzing financial information, identifying client needs, recommending strategies, and communicating complex financial concepts in a simple and tailored manner.

The Financial Advisor will also stay updated on market trends, compliance regulations, and develop strategies to support overall business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong financial planning, investment management, and retirement planning skills
  • Experience in client relationship management, needs assessment, and customized solution design
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and tax planning insights
  • Solid understanding of communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Working knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or willingness to obtain it
  • Strong proficiency in financial planning software and other analytical tools
  • Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with excellent time management skills
  • Prior experience in financial advising or related financial services is a plus
