Role Description

This is a full-time Associate Wealth Advisor position based in Naples, FL, with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some remote work flexibility. The Associate Wealth Advisor will support clients in achieving their financial goals by offering guidance in financial planning, retirement planning, and wealth management services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing personalized financial strategies, monitoring investment portfolios, conducting financial analyses, and collaborating with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met.

The role requires direct client interactions, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering long-term financial growth.

Qualifications
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
  • Familiarity with Investments and Finance-related concepts
  • Proficiency in Wealth Management Services and creating tailored client strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities
  • CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification or CFA designation is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting and manage client relationships effectively
