Mortgage Loan Officer (1099) — RemoteThe Opportunity
Our Client is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer (Independent Contractor/1099) to originate and structure loans, advise clients on the best financing strategy, and deliver a seamless experience from first call through closing. This is an ideal role for a relationship-driven producer who wants strong support, modern tools, and the ability to compete on complex files.
What Youll Do- Originate and structure mortgage loans across a broad program mix
- Consult with clients on options, scenarios, and strategies
- Review borrower profiles (income, credit, assets, property) and align the right solution
- Partner with processors, underwriters, lenders, and real estate referral sources
- Manage the client relationship through closing with high-touch communication and follow-through
- Daily training & coaching (scripts, compliance, deal strategy, mindset)
- AI-powered marketing and client-management tools to help you move faster and stay organized
- Access to top national wholesale lenders and competitive pricing
- Non-QM and advanced lending solutions for complex borrower scenarios

- A transparent, performance-driven commission structure
