Job Description: We are seeking a Part Time Referral Advocate - Financial Services - work from home to join our team! This is the perfect hybrid or completely virtual position for if you are someone who needs some side-hustle income and does not necessarily want a career change, at the moment.

This role is for any age. It's also great for stay-at-home moms, dads, or people wanting to cut back on hours or add something additional later in their career. You are never too young or too old for a side hustle!

• Provide information about the products and services
• Invite folks to complimentary Financial Education events that are offered both in-person in the mountains/Denver metro area and virtually online live via Zoom several times a week.
• Invite folks to a complimentary 1-2-1 meeting with the Financial Consultant who is also your coach mentor in this role.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

• Part-Time Associates = from $0 - $40K
• Full-Time Associates = from $0 - $200,000
• Top 10% Associates = from $250,000 - $350,000
