Location: New York
We are partnering with a global media and entertainment brand to hire a Senior Tax Consultant to support a portfolio of iconic brands. This is a fully remote role (PST hours) for an experienced tax professional with strong compliance and provision expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Review corporate and partnership federal, state, and local income tax returns
- Prepare and review 1042 and 1042-S filings (required)
- Review quarterly estimates and extensions
- Partner with finance and accounting teams to analyze and document data
- Support audits, tax planning, and tax authority notices
- Review work of junior staff and consultants
- 5+ years of domestic income tax compliance experience (public accounting preferred)
- Strong corporate and partnership tax knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, logical formulas)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
