This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in The Woodlands, TX, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some remote work flexibility. Financial Advisors are responsible for providing personalized financial guidance and solutions to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients' financial needs, developing tailored strategies to meet financial goals, maintaining strong client relationships, and staying updated on market trends to deliver relevant advice.

Financial Advisors will also collaborate with team members and uphold compliance with industry standards.

• Strong skillset in Financial Planning, Wealth Management, and Investment Strategies
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and comprehensive client needs assessment
• Understanding of Retirement Planning, Insurance Solutions, and Risk Management
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Decision-Making
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (on-site and remote)
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain, are preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is advantageous
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
