The candidate should have experience in the emerging companies arena.
This is also an opportunity for remote work!
Top credentials and Big Law experience is ideal.
New York bar required.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of experience working on private debt or private equity transactions, debt financings, structured equity investments, early and late stage private equity investments and secondary transactions.
