• Prepare and distribute periodic financial statements to state Medicaid departments
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, professional standards, and organizational policies
• Oversee financial policies and procedures related to new Medicaid state implementations
• Assist with financial and encounter reconciliations alongside encounter teams
• Collaborate with Medicaid Market Finance CFOs on filings and responses to state inquiries

• Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6 or more years of technical experience in finance or accounting
• 2 or more years of management experience
• Strong passion for improving consumer experiences within the organization
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud-based platforms

• CPA certification
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and Databricks
