Our Senior Analyst, Acquisitions will join our finance team to focus on financial analysis and financial due diligence related to potential acquisitions of the company. You will support our strategic growth initiatives by working closely with the corporate development team to analyze target financial data and create reports for our corporate and business teams within the company. The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling, analytical, and research skills and thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

Responsibilities- Evaluate the business and financial profile of potential acquisition opportunities that are aligned with our strategic objectives
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to support deal rationale
- Analyze historical and projected financial and operational performance of targets
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities, including scenario planning, synergy analysis, valuation and comparable company analysis
- Perform financial due diligence and summarize findings for executive decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of internal presentations and Board materials
- Support negotiation processes through preparation for meetings with sellers and external advisors
- Collaborate with post-deal integration teams to ensure smooth onboarding of acquired entities

This role is based at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA (Buckhead/Midtown area). Opportunity for hybrid office and home-based working arrangements once onboarded and trained.

QualificationsThe Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
- BS/BA/MS degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Experience, Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities
):
- Big 4 accounting experience
- MBA, CPA, or CFA
- Experience in a service-based industry (e.g., professional services, healthcare, education, business services)
- We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations
- Must be local to the Atlanta metro area or willing to self-relocate to the area
