• Lead the development and execution of financial systems strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
• Develop and implement technical automation to improve efficiency and accuracy of the financial processes.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of financial software and tools.
• Ensure the integrity and security of financial data across all systems.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate financial systems with other business applications.
• Lead the financial systems team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operations.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in financial technology to recommend improvements.
• Work with audit to ensure compliance with all company SOX controls.
• Stay up to date with latest best practices in the marketplace for financial systems and Cloud ERP systems.
• Understand how finance and accounting link to financial systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
• 18+ years of experience in finance or financial systems management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience with financial software systems (e.g., ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with system implementation and optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organizational objectives.
• Knowledge of Workday financials and EPM applications preferred.
• Mastery of communication skills and styles, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to lead and organize multi‑disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast‑paced and deadline‑oriented business environment with broad impact.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategy behind mentoring and coaching for team(s) and to act as leadership advisor to lower‑level management.
• Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity.
• Demonstrate experience of strong focus on innovation and particularly financial system automation.
• Ability to get buy‑in from cross‑functional teams to deliver complex projects.

The base salary range for this position is $200,000 – $250,000 USD, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
