• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passion for helping clients navigate complex taxation and a commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
