Financial Advisor

We are seeking a Financial Advisor who is focused on exceptional client service. This is an opportunity to utilize state-of-the-art technology and apply advice strategies to help HNW clients realize their full wealth potential in a purely fiduciary capacity.

This is a remote position within California.

The Private Wealth Advisor will:

• Assess clients' overall financial needs, develop financial plans, and implement proposed strategies across investing, tax, estate, insurance and debt/cash management to optimize their wealth potential
• Build strong and impactful relationships with clients and provide best-in-class client service by leading ongoing client meetings to identify new ways of adding value
• Coordinate with internal CPAs and internal SME's to identify clients' tax and legal opportunities
• Provide ERISA 3(21)/3(38) Fiduciary investment advice to clients, including conducting fiduciary review meetings with practice owners, providing Plan Sponsor Fiduciary Training to committee members, and leading participant education and enrollment processes
• Review activities for sufficient controls to prevent errors, fraud, and misstatements of financial results and comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and registrations

Requirements:

• Five years or more of experience working in a fiduciary capacity as a wealth advisor
• Experience in serving the financial needs of HNW individuals
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Knowledge of CRM (e.g, Salesforce), Money Guide Pro , Orion, and Fidelity Wealth Scape a plus
• Knowledge of retirement plan fiduciary analysis tools like FI360 or similar program is a strong plus
