• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the correct answers to customers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software in a virtual, customer-facing role and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience, thorough knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex tax issues and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay ranges vary by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
