- Work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and a valid PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written and spoken.
- Passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and commitment to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location:
- Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
- Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
- New York: $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
- Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
- Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
In addition to base pay, this position will be eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit’s applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to drive ongoing pay equity.
