  You will work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from your home or office.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, exercising professional judgment in a timely manner.
• Maintain sensitive customer, confidential and proprietary business information responsibly and reliably.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Interact with customers and team members in a professional manner while using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software; document interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to and promote Intuit’s operating values, including “integrity without compromise.”

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing the Intuit brand.
• Excellent customer service skills with confidence in video and audio tools.

• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location (e.g., Bay Area $21.50–$27.50, Southern California $21.50–$27.50, Colorado $20.50–$26.20). This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location, with a focus on ongoing pay equity for employees.
