You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone and the first face they see when they walk in the door. You help clients identify their problems and anticipate needs to support them in achieving their financial goals.

Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.   • Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
  • A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
  • You’ll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way
Responsibilities
  • Client Service:
    Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management:
    Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
    Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Update SOPs and execute the branch business plan.
  • Technology:
    Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.

    Hiring Minimum $22.50;
    Hiring Maximum $24.36; merit-based increases as you progress in the BOA role
