As a Financial Agent at Austin & Associates, you have the opportunity to learn and grow within our Branch network from the ground floor. Financial Agents team up with Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

• Shadow current Financial Advisors
• Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
• A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
• You ll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way

• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Basic knowledge of finance and investment services
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Clean background
• Experience in financial services or customer service is a plus
• Series 6 or 63 licenses is a plus
• US only
