Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Provide administrative support to a financial advisor or team of multiple financial advisors
  • Support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience

Compensation
  • Edward Jones maintains a human-centered approach and offers compensation programs including bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance
  • The hiring minimum and maximum range shown below are a subset of the total pay range; there is also opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role
  • Hiring Minimum: $21.38
  • Hiring Maximum: $22.71

Role Requirements
  • Client Service:
    Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management:
    Learn and understand the financial services industry. Include account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
