What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Ensure accurate recording of expenses in general ledger and financial statements
- Perform analyses for assigned functional areas
- Research and resolve inquiries from various parties
- Prepare consolidated reports and monthly management reporting of financial results
- Assist with special projects to improve process efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 4-year bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting

- Experience with in the health insurance industry is a plus
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong math, analytical, and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong Access skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Experience with PPO and HMO options
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
