Intuit is seeking Tax Experts with an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) for the upcoming tax season. This role is fully remote.

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Serve as a virtual, customer‑facing agent, using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and a valid PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, committed to enhancing brand, and excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools professionally and confidently.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for video/audio interactions.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location:

• Bay Area, California $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
