Role Description

This is a remote, flexible role for a Junior Commercial Lending Broker as part of the Glass Box Junior Broker Program.

This opportunity is designed for early-career professionals and graduating students who want to build a long-term career in commercial finance while maintaining flexibility. Junior Brokers operate under the Glass Box brand, receive free access to the Glass Box infrastructure, and earn commissions on closed deals.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the loan origination process from intake through closing using the Glass Box infrastructure
• Reviewing and organizing client financials and business documentation
• Assisting with underwriting preparation and lender submission packages
• Working closely with experienced broker mentors to learn deal structuring and execution
• Communicating with clients to understand capital needs and guide them through the funding process
• Tracking deals, milestones, and lender feedback within the Glass Box platform
• Delivering a professional, high-touch client experience throughout the loan lifecycle

Participants receive structured onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing virtual education within the Glass Box broker community.

Participants are typically positioned to begin earning commissions within 30 days after completing training, depending on deal flow and execution.

Qualifications

• Degrees in Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business, or related fields are preferred , but not required
• No prior experience in commercial lending or loan origination required
• Strong interest in finance, deal-making, and relationship-driven work
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn and grow
