We are hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and Regional Managers for a full-time hybrid role located in Jacksonville, FL, with opportunities for flexible work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include originating mortgage loans, delivering excellent customer service, guiding clients through the home financing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and developing and implementing business strategies to grow volume. Leadership roles may involve team management, goal-setting, and fostering collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.

• Experience as Loan Officers, or significant knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
• Proficiency in Underwriting and familiarity with loan processes
• Strong Customer Service skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate business leads in the mortgage sector
• Leadership experience, particularly for managerial roles, with a focus on team building and strategic planning
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in VA and FHA loans or familiarity with requirements specific to a VA or HUD-approved lender
• Comprehensive understanding of state-specific lending regulations
• Proven success in sales-oriented roles in the mortgage or financial services industries
• Licensure in states where Homestead operates, as applicable
