Senior Director, Investment Sales and Finance

Location: New York City Metropolitan Area (Hybrid – some remote work acceptable)

Job Type: Full-Time / Hybrid / 1099 with a potential draw

MCS is actively seeking experienced Investment Sales professionals to join our sister company's dynamic and growing team of Licensed New York Real Estate Agents and Brokers. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in the Commercial Real Estate industry, possess a solid understanding of both Commercial Real Estate and Finance
, and thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow your own investment sales book while collaborating with a seasoned team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and develop new leads for off-market commercial real estate investment opportunities
  • Identify and engage potential buyers for commercial assets
  • Manage and grow your book of business in investment sales
  • Collaborate with team members on transactions and business development strategies
  • Maintain and organize a robust sales pipeline to ensure timely deal closures
  • Contribute to strategic planning and team leadership, with potential to lead junior staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field (in-progress degrees will be considered)
  • Demonstrated experience and success in Sales
    , particularly Investment Sales
  • Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and financial analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and market trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with the New York City real estate market is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience in the investment or financial services industry is a plus
