Microsoft D365 F&SCM Finance Manager; US or Canada

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Finance Manager – Join our team as a remote finance leader with Huron. We help clients accelerate strategic growth, ignite innovation, and navigate constant change through technology and process improvement. As an MS guru, you will design and implement finance functionality in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, leading teams and providing subject‑matter expertise to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

• Lead teams and provide subject‑matter expertise on finance projects to design and implement financial functions of D365 F&SCM.
• Facilitate client business process owners and subject‑matter experts to understand finance business process maturity and drive development of business‑process scenarios and requirements to recommend solutions, best practices, and approaches within D365 F&SCM.
• Lead and document design sessions with clients to ensure requirements are met and configured within the system.
• Understand supply chain, manufacturing, and project transaction effects on financial performance and reporting.
• Recommend solutions using third‑party applications such as treasury, AP automation, etc.
• Triage issues identified from the customer support process by performing root‑cause analysis, developing and testing solutions, implementing solutions, and communicating and training resolution with clients.
• Lead and manage both internal and client team members in financial configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Manage and provide guidance to project team members within the area of responsibility.
• Assist with sales pursuits by participating in discovery, configuring software for demos, building project plans, proposals, and participating in client presentations.
• Maintain expertise with D365 F&O finance functionality, Microsoft certifications, release schedules, and ISV solutions.
• Build client relationships to become a trusted advisor.
• Utilize Microsoft toolsets such as Lifecycle Services, BPM/RSAT, and Dev Ops during projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years consulting in the Microsoft ecosystem with a combination of 2‑4 D365 F&SCM or AX 2012 R2/R3 full‑lifecycle implementations in finance.
• Experience in configurations.
• Microsoft certification exams MB‑300, 310, 330 or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Lifecycle Services including BPM/RSAT and Dev Ops.
• Willingness to travel 50%.

The estimated base salary for this job is $145,000 – $170,000. Including annual incentive compensation, the total estimated compensation range is $166,750 – $212,500.
