Dispute Specialist - BankCard

• Perform dispute-related functions for various card types, including retrieving support documentation and closing/reissuing accounts
• Assist with training and answering low complexity questions for new team members
• Review and confirm the validity of customer documents through research
• Conduct dispute resolution in accordance with relevant regulations, including Reg E and Reg Z
• Manage incoming calls related to dispute cases and communicate details to relevant parties

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience
• Basic understanding of banking regulations, including Reg E, Reg Z, Visa, and Mastercard
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• 1+ year of banking and/or bankcard experience
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in difficult situations
• Experience with dispute resolution processes and procedures
