• Collaborate with attorneys, CFPs, CPAs, and wealth management advisors to create comprehensive wealth plans
• Design strategies based on clients’ goals and financial situations to guide decision-making
• Lead presentations of wealth plans to advisors and clients
• Work alongside clients’ outside legal and tax advisors
• Manage workflow in alignment with service level agreements for timely and accurate delivery of services

• JD from an accredited program; additional advanced degrees or designations (CFP, CPA, or LL.M.) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of estate and business planning experience, preferably in a consulting role
• Knowledge in tax optimization, estate and business succession, and wealth transfer strategies
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients in estate and business planning
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and state insurance license within the first 6 months of hire

• Experience with planning software such as Money Guide Pro , eMoney Advisor, or Wealth Tec
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively with professionals
• Proven ability to build trusting relationships with financial advisors
