Position: Assistant Director - Concierge Planning Attorney (REMOTE ROLE)

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with attorneys, CFPs, CPAs, and wealth management advisors to create comprehensive wealth plans
  • Design strategies based on clients’ goals and financial situations to guide decision-making
  • Lead presentations of wealth plans to advisors and clients
  • Work with clients’ outside legal and tax advisors to ensure cohesive planning
  • Manage workflow to meet service level agreements for timely and accurate delivery of analyses and services
Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited program; additional advanced degree or designations such as CFP, CPA, or LL.M. preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of estate and business planning experience, preferably in a consulting role
  • Existing knowledge in tax optimization, estate and business succession, and wealth transfer strategies
  • Experience working directly with high-net-worth clients in estate and business planning
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and state insurance license within the first 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with planning software such as Money Guide Pro , eMoney Advisor, or Wealth Tec
  • Proven ability to develop trusting relationships with financial advisors
  • Strong analytical skills and self-management capabilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
