Location: Southeast U.S. • (Remote + ~20% travel)
Pay: $185K–$250K base + performance bonus + equity (range depends on experience and complexity of operations)

Role Snapshot
Lead finance for a multi-entity property and services organization. You’ll handle both strategy and execution—building systems, driving reporting, and managing financial operations end to end. Ideal for a senior controller or VP stepping into their first CFO seat.
What You’ll Do- Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across entities
- Own FP&A: budgets, variance analysis, and long-range planning
- Oversee accounting, cash flow, and compliance
- Manage Cap Ex planning, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules
- Build financial controls, processes, and reporting systems
- Support ownership and private equity partners on M&A and capital strategy
- Develop a lean, capable finance team as the business scales
- CPA or MBA
- 10+ years in multi-entity finance or operations accounting
- Experience in a private equity–backed environment
- Background in asset-heavy accounting and Cap Ex management
- Proven experience in FP&A and data-driven financial planning
- Demonstrated success building or upgrading financial systems
- Strong grasp of GAAP, cash flow, and consolidation
- Willing to travel regionally (~20%)
- Experience in property services, construction, or real estate operations
- ERP migration or Net Suite buildout
- Pay: $185K–$250K base + performance bonus + equity
