Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Revenue Operations team as a CFS Representative. As a member of the European Revenue Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the European organization and our customers in all matters related to collections, debt management, cash application, and invoice adjustments. Your expertise will ensure the smooth execution of financial processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

As a member of the European Revenue Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the European organization and our customers in all matters related to collections, debt management, cash application, and invoice adjustments.

• Background in Finance / Accounts Receivables (Mandatory)
• Background in Credit Management (advantageous)
• Experience with Excel (Mandatory)
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment setting. Other desired languages are German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish (B2 Level)
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• High degree of customer orientation
• Good negotiation skills
• Good Problem solving and analytical skills
• Keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone and propose suggestions for improvement
• Experience working with third party auditors / customer portals (Plus)
• Experience in an international environment or similar (Plus)
