Vendor Support Analyst, Days, Fully Remote

The Vendor Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring overall compliance, performance, reconciliation, and related activities for NHC outsourced accounts. The role includes handling bankruptcy and deceased accounts, accounts requiring final notices (including Medicare accounts), and completing timely work with appropriate notifications to agencies in accordance with Medicare regulations related to the final notice process. The position supports established goals (cash collected, A/R days, collection WIP, billing WIP, charity percentage, bad debt, etc.)

as defined by Senior Leadership.

• Ensure overall compliance, performance, reconciliation, and related activities for NHC outsourced accounts.
• Work bankruptcy, deceased, and accounts requiring final notices (including Medicare accounts) timely, with appropriate agency notifications and Medicare regulatory compliance related to final notices.
• Support established goals (cash collected, A/R days, collection WIP, billing WIP, charity percentage, bad debt, etc.) as directed by Senior Leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and outcomes in patient financial services.

• Required: One year of experience in patient accounting, finance, or insurance.
• Desired: High School Diploma or GED.
