Overview
Our Kforce client, a leading distributor of process solutions products located in the Saint Louis, MO area, is in need of a Director or VP, FP&A to lead the company's enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis function. This client offers salary and benefits, growth opportunity, manages a team of 2-3 analysts, fully remote position, 15% travel to other locations.
Responsibilities- Lead corporate FP&A, including annual budgets, long range planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance reviews
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Build and enhance financial models, reporting frameworks
- Partner with Operations Finance and business units to analyze performance, assess risks, and identify improvement opportunities
- Support board level and investor related reporting
- Oversee capital planning, allocation, treasury, and risk management activities
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and analytics
- Develop and mentor a high performing FP&A team
- 15% travel is required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of progressive FP&A leadership, ideally in a multi location or distribution-focused environment
- Proven success leading corporate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Executive presence with strong cross functional communication skills
- Strong business leadership and strategic thinking
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong resource management and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on performance, cost discipline, and growth
- Experience implementing or optimizing FP&A tools and ERP systems
- Strong technical accounting and financial systems skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Experience driving process and technology improvements
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
