Senior Finance Manager – Remote

This is a high-impact position overseeing global accounting operations across multiple jurisdictions, managing a small team, and acting as a key partner to the CFO and senior leadership. The role offers real ownership, international exposure, and the chance to shape scalable finance processes in a growing business.

As the Senior Finance Manager
, you’ll take responsibility for consolidated financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash management, and forecasting across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical accounting expertise alongside commercial insight.

• £60,000 – £70,000 salary
• 10% bonus scheme

• Lead global accounting operations across multiple international entities
• Own month-end close, consolidated reporting, and financial statements
• Manage intercompany accounting, eliminations, and multi-currency consolidation
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting to senior leadership
• Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and global cash management
• Lead statutory audits and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
• Manage, develop, and mentor the accounting team
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
• 5+ years’ experience in accounting, including people management
• Strong US GAAP and group consolidation experience
• Proven background in multi-entity, international environments
• Hands-on experience leading statutory audits
• Strong cash flow forecasting and financial control capability
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (Sage Intacct or similar)
• Confident communicator with the credibility to partner senior stakeholders
